HSUPA on Atrix 4G, Inspire 4G will enable by AT&T in April 2011

AT&T the leader of telecommunication services confirmed to CNET that HSUPA will be enable to Motorola Atrix 4G and HTC Inspire 4G this April via software update.

HSUPA stands for High-Speed Uplink Packet Access is a data access protocol for mobile phone networks with extremely high upload speeds of 5.76 Mbps. It only means that the two 4G mobile will be more 4G compared before. But according to CNET, AT&T did not provide the specific time frame for this. Also, Samsung Infuse 4G will also ship with HSUPA enable this April. Faster speed will now be experience for the mentioned smartphones.
